On Saturday, July 17,2021 about 114,000 demonstrators in France including 18,000 in Paris protested against the announcement of President Emmanuel Macron on July 12, 2021 that there would be a pass sanitaire – a proof on a portable telephone or on paper that attests that the person presented it has had complete vaccination against Covid 19 and has waited one week after the second vaccine or a week after AstraZeneca to have the certificate or has recovered from Covid19 or has a proof of a negative Covid 19 test no earlier than 24 hours before it is presented.
