Average speed cameras on the M27 motorway THREE people from Bournemouth have been sentenced by the courts for speeding on main roads in Hampshire. Steven Barry Williams, 49 and of Wentworth Close, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Jaguar XF on the A31 near Ringwood on December 8, 2020, at 98mph in a 70mph zone. He was fined £333 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £90 costs. His driving record was endorsed with five points. Amanda Jane Kittlety, 60 and of Queen s Park South Drive, Bournemouth, was convicted of driving a Mercedes on the M27 eastbound between junction four and five, near Eastleigh, on November 3, 2020, at 60mph when a temporary 50mph limit was in force.
