CLEVELAND, Ohio The White House gave Ohio’s infrastructure a “C-” grade describing 1,377 bridges in the state and more than 4,925 miles of its highways as being in “poor condition.” It also said drivers here spend more than $500 a year fixing their cars because of bad roads.
