Its only been open for six weeks but people who live near the Navigation Center say its already become a magnet for tents and drug user. Now there is an effort to block additional shelters throughout the city. Amber lee is live along San Franciscos waterfront. Reporter a neighbor to this new Navigation Center tells me he supports the new measure, limiting the number of Navigation Centers and where they should be located. He tells me this new center has attracted more Homeless People into the area.
