SIR – Royal Mail’s £5 charge for customers who receive forged stamps (Leading Article, April 12) is misguided and unjust. These people have done nothing wrong, and are being penalised for a crime that others have committed.
SIR – Comments by Anthony Blinken, the US Secretary of State, and Lloyd Austin, the US Defence Secretary, on their visit to Ukraine this week suggested that Russia was losing the war and that America wanted to see the Russian military weakened.
SIR – Charles Moore rightly emphasises the importance of firm intent in dealing with dictators, and the cost-effectiveness of Operation Orbital in Ukraine.
