Wayne City's Bean Days celebration continues today with a full day of activities. Among today's activities is a Tractor Show, A Vendor and Craft Fair, the Truck and Car Cruise In and Quilt Show taking place this morning. The parade starts at 10 a.m. on Main Street, with serving of free ham and beans to follow at the Ag Building. The 30th annual TNA Bucking Bulls Rodeo, hosted by the Wayne City Saddle Club, begins at 7 p.m. Bean Days will conclude with Cowboy Church at 1 p.m. Sunday hosted by the Wayne City Saddle Club. Last Friday a Carmi man filed a theft report saying that his car had been stolen. 64 year old Mark Winters told the White County Sheriff's Department that his silver 2005 GMC Yukon had been stolen sometime between August 1st and August 5th. Winters stated that there is a 4 inch by 4 inch section of the chrome plated bumper that was missing on either the front or back bumper of the vehicle.
