PEORIA (HOI) - Peoria Police said in a press release Monday that less than 10 minors were engaged in a physical altercation Saturday night at Northwoods Mall. The incident, however, involved many more involved in the fray verbally, arguing, and shoving.
Peoria City Council Community and Police relations committee chairman Andre Allen made an impassioned post on Facebook, urging the community to stay positive.
