Ronda Pilipinas co-founder Moe Chulani passed away on Sunday due to cardiac arrest.
He was 45.
Chulani, who was also a board member of the PhilCycling, left a legacy in the sport by co-founding with Dino Araneta the yearly Ronda Pilipinas, which held its 10th anniversary race last year.
Under his leadership, Ronda has produced national team mainstays like Ronald Oranza, George Oconer and Jan Paul Morales, among others while providing jobs to countless others by staging the multi-stage race annually.
He was also a former manager of the Pasig Pirates in the defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association (MBA).
