A private contractor and former Navy Reservist with a troubled military career and two gunrelated brushes with the law. Inside building 197, shots fired. Its the middle of the morning commute and suddenly everyone inside the Washington Navy ship yard is on high alert. As he came around the corner, he aimed his gun at us. He fired at least two or three shots. We ran down the stairs to get out of the building. He was far enough down the hall, we could see his face.
