Jammu, May 2: A public bicycle-sharing system will be launched in Jammu under the Smart City Mission in a boost to eco-friendly mobility, an official said on Monday. The system will allow users to rent out a bicycle from designated automatic docking stations and deposit it at another docking station located close to the destination, the official said. JAMMU: An over ground worker (OGW) of Al-Badr outfit has been arrested in connection with the recent recovery of a powerful improvised explosive device (IED) here, an official said on Sunday.
