NILES Penny O. Robison, 69, died Friday, Jan. 15, 2021.
She was born March 20, 1951, in Youngstown, the daughter of Andrew and Pearl Williams Popp.
Survivors include her children, Jennifer Burke, Jamilyn Pounds, Jonathan Juvancic and Drew Robison; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Robison.
Per Penny’s request, there will be no services at this time. Burial will be in Girard City Cemetery.
Lane Family Funeral Homes handled arrangements.
