Following Tuesday’s election results, the general election races for Hopkinsville Mayor will be between Democrat Alethea West and Republican James Knight.
The 2022 primary election saw a relatively smooth ride in Christian County and Hopkinsville Tuesday with more people voting than the Christian County Clerk’s Office expected.
