4 Good Governmentâs Latest Attempt to Repeal Property Tax Increase Is a Mess Metropolitik: The election commission is trying to determine if the charter amendment petition is constitutional Tweet Share

Davidson County election commissioners determined Saturday that 12,142 voter signatures â a number determined by the August election, not the November election â are needed to place the 4 Good Government petition on a ballot.
Election commission staff have verified 12,398 petition signatures were submitted, according to Administrator of Elections Jeff Roberts.
