Roof repairs needed after a monster hailstorm lashed hundreds of houses west of Brisbane last year are being held up in part because of demand caused by a federal building stimulus scheme, Queenslandâs Master Builders Association says.
The storm on October 31 at Springfield left more than 1795 homes with serious damage to roofs, windows and ceilings, with a total bill of more than $800 million.
