Another big downtown Cleveland office building with retail frontage on the ground level has hit the market. In this case, its being shed by Medical Mutual after it consolidated operations in Brooklyn. The work-from-home trend and hybrid work patterns of the pandemic led to the offering.
'I think there are office building owners that are looking at this to see how viable this is, as a project,' said Pam Bobst, Rocky River's mayor. 'It will be interesting to see if this will be a catalyst.'
