Belleville’s agricultural fair held every September has been put on ice for 2021 due to health concerns amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Jamie Chatten, president of the Belleville Agricultural Society, announced Tuesday the Quinte Exhibition has been cancelled for the second year in a row amid pandemic concerns.
