Don Carter Shooting Survivors Spent Day Raising Money For Victims The Rockford-area community is still reeling in shock over the tragic mass shooting that took place at Don Carter Lanes last Saturday, and I can only imagine how the survivors who witnessed the terror first hand are feeling. Two of the survivors, Skylur Dalsanto and his fiancé Andrea Chavez, are Shooters Tap Room employees who were there hanging out with a friend when the shooting happened. Instead of hiding out consumed by grief these last few days, the pair decided to pour their emotions into a shovel and a plow truck on Wednesday to help raise money for the shooting victims and their families.
