The nearness of newer public schools is a plus for the Thorington Trace neighborhood where 45 homes have been sold during the past year.
The growing neighborhood in east Montgomery is also less than five minutes from the James W Wilson Jr. YMCA, ballfields, and vibrant churches.
Park Crossing High School as well as Johnnie R Carr Middle School and Wynton M Blount Elementary School are all within five minutes of Thorington Trace.
“Thorington Trace is located off Ray Thorington Road, close to schools, lots of shopping, and it offers easy access to the interstate,” Realtor Stephanie Schulte said.
