WATERBURY - Marianne Feeley Flanagan, age 81, passed away Sept. 4, 2023, at The Village at East Farms, Waterbury; finally at peace after a long illness, in the care of her son and daughter and in the arms of her husband.Born in Olyphant, Pa. in 1941, the daughter of James W. Feeley and Catherine Bar
