Bravo to engraved pavers lending a little history to people s walk in downtown Jamestown. 7:00 am, Apr. 24, 2021 ×
The Jamestown Sun hands out these bravos this week:
Bravo to the 2020 Jamestown High School LifeSmarts team, which won the National LifeSmarts Championship on Monday. The team, including three JHS graduates, defeated Rhode Island in the semifinal round and Pennsylvania in the championship round to win. This is the first national win for a JHS team, which represented North Dakota in the event.
Bravo to engraved paver stones being part of the road diet project in Jamestown. The pavers that will be part of the pedestrian bumpouts on First Avenue will add a bit of information on our history where people are walking in the downtown.
