It’s been a little over a year since the coronavirus pandemic shut down life as we knew it. How much physical activity have you done since then?
Are your regular movements primarily from your bed to your sofa and back to bed, with occasional visits to the kitchen? Perhaps you are working remotely and include your workspace in your daily routine.
