The Swan Pub has benefited from a joint investment by publicans James Warne and Amy Wellsteed and Punch Pubs & Co, as part of their Inside/Outside investment scheme. Punch designed the scheme, investing more than £1m into hundreds of their pubs’ outdoor spaces, to enable publicans to maximise the opportunity of trading safely outside in line with Government guidance.
