Dr. Fiona Axelsson alleged continued sexual harassment by her supervisor in a medical residency program, and accuses UND and Sanford Health of discriminating and retaliating against her after she filed harassment complaints. Sanford said it will "vigorously" defend itself.
According to the lawsuit, the letter was a misrepresentation in that it purports to have been sent or authorized by the doctor, "neither of which is true."
