WHITTINGTON, Carl B., 89, of Henrico, formerly of Chester, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father Zelma Carl Whittington and his mother Mertie Felts Whittington. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Harry Lee Whittington, John Cloyd Whittington, James Thomas Whittington, Melvin Dean Whittington
