HOUSTON, Feb. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Moleculin Biotech, Inc., (Nasdaq: MBRX) ( Moleculin or the Company ), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company with a broad portfolio of drug candidates targeting highly resistant tumors and viruses, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 14,273,684 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $4.75 per share. Moleculin has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,141,052 shares of common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is expected to close on or about February 5, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

HOUSTON, Jan. 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Moleculin Biotech, Inc., (Nasdaq: MBRX) (Moleculin or the Company), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company with a broad portfolio of drug candidates targeting highly resistant tumors and viruses, today announced that it filed a certificate of amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to effect a 1-for-6 reverse stock split of its common stock.
