BELL BUCKLE, TN – Arrests have been made after a motorcyclist hit an elderly runner who was participating in Bell Buckle's annual Moon Pie Festival on June 17, 2023. Bedford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division have arrested two individuals in connection with the incident. 30-Year-old Micheal Lee Grimmett of Christiana, TN was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 and charged with Felony Evading Arrest and Reckless Endangerment. Grimmett was  31-Y .
