setting up an interview date. police set up stings that advertise prostitution. they have pictures of the girl, where they are located at and phone numbers. they usually keep the locations very vague. this one says south bay. then once you call they direct you to a room. the girls come here, number one there s more money. there s more money in the south bay. so they ll come here and make a little bit more money and they don t have to worry about getting hurt. reporter: tonight police ended up in a motel on first street. police say the prostitute had made a double date when officers showed up they said a client was already there. he was cited and released and had nothing to say. if you come back you will be arrested. reporter: the alleged prostitute who police say is from florida will spend the night in jail before being released on a misdemeanor charge. but police say more will come. the lack of street level under cover is gone now. un unfortunately our funding has
discussion that the justice had no bomb shell announcements about what s coming up. we captured these images before it began. one of the first topics of discussion was the incident yesterday when her plane had an engine fire. like other passengers, the 78-year-old had to bail off the plane. she had not planned that as part of my journey here. her story as an individual is incredible. she spent all day speaking to a constitutional law class this morning. the students were obviously moved by the experience. she talked about decisions like i met her in the last term and about controversial cases like wal-mart case and we all liked it. she was only the second justice, woman justice to be on there and now there s three. she s kind of my hero i think to everybody. she added despite the delay in washington, she still made it here for the second act of last nights opera. she went in for a reception with among other people. live in san francisco i m john sasaki. also visit
and in the words of james layton mom, they can lay their sons to rest with dignity. reporter: but dakota, a kentucky native feels he is undeserving of all the recognition. i m definitely not a hero. that s the furthest thing from the truth. reporter: september 8, 2009. afghan army battalion supported by u.s. soldiers and the meyer fellow marines were ambushed. then corporal meyer requested by radio to go help them. he was ordered to stay back and disobeyed orders. we re going to go in there or die trying, you know. that s how it is. that is your brothers in there. reporter: meyer and staff sergeant juan rodriguez chavez rescued u.s. and afghan troops , provideed cover to allow dozens to escape. they returned five times searching for members of meyer s own team. when found them, they were all dead. i went in there to bring the guys out alive. that was my mission. i didn t bring them out alive

passed away and i suddenly found myself in a small business where i had one real live customer and that was hanging on trying to succeed. but i know what it means to meet a payroll, to hire people and to create jobs in the private sector. and here in washington there s a fundamental misunderstanding of the economy and it s led to an awful lot of bad decisions. the reality is that employers will hire, if they ve got the right incentives. but the incentives have to outweigh the costs. as an example, businesses aren t going to hire someone because the government s going to give them a $4,000 tax credit. if the government mandates that are imposed on them cost a lot more than that, temporary credit. in recent years these mandates have been overwhelming. private sector job creators of all sizes have been pummeled by decisions being made right here in washington. they ve been slammed by uncertainty from the constant threat of new taxes out of control spending and unnecessary regula
