A registered sex offender from Taylorsville was charged Wednesday with trying to lure a 3-year-old girl away from an apartment complex playground to his car.
A registered sex offender has been arrested after attempting to lure and kidnap a three-year-old child in south Salt Lake, the South Salt Lake Police Department said.
