Deputy body cam video has been located after months of the Sheriffs Office saying there wasnt any and being used to investigate whether a third deputy stole a necklace from the suspect and used it to bribe witnesses. This video shows what Alameda County sheriffs deputies did in an ally in november. Tonight were learning a third deputy may have stolen at least a necklace from him. The sheriff learned last week about some other misconduct, which is what mr. Hadad is also alleging and since then placed another deputy on administrative leave. Yesterday he was playing in the front yard when a fight broke out between two men. He alleges gun man and his brother. The two men are not related to the little boy but were family friends. Family members say the suspect james jared was aiming at his brother when he opened fire. The bullet went through his pant leg and ricocheted off the ground hitting the eightyear old boy in the neck.
