Some big changes are in store for Midland County s official website.
During a regular meeting of the Midland County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, the board approved an agreement with Jesse James Creative for website development and hosting services. The project requires up to $98,500 in funding, which will be covered by IT capital funds, unallocated reserves and the CARES Act.
According to a letter to the board by county IT director Chris Cantrell, several recent events have highlighted a need to update the website, including:
