Henry County, IA- Authorities have announced the arrest of a Salem, Iowa man for 2nd-degree arson. TV Station KTVO reports that at about 2:30 PM Friday, November 4th, the Salem, Iowa Fire Department responded to a barn fire at 1584 335th Avenue in Salem. The Henry County Sheriff's Office was alerted to a rekindling of the fire just before 8 AM. The cause of the fire was deemed suspicious and the State Fire Marshall's Office, along with the Henry County Sheriff's Office investigated the fire. As a result of the investigation, 18-year-old James Cleere of Salem was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Arson.
