we begin tonight with breaking news. a two-alarm fire in southeast baltimore. city firefighters got that call just after 9:00. when they arrived the home was engulfed in flames. crews were still on the scene in the 400 block of south robinson street. now the home is believed to be vacant, so no one was inside. we can tell you a city firefighter was treated for minor burns. that firefighter is expected to be okay. crews are still trying to determine what sparked the fire, and remember, you can get updates in this story any time online at abc2news.com. now to a developing story. a major victory for supporters of the effort to build a slot machine casino outside a runnell mills mall. tonight the council approved a zoning change that will allow the casino to be built. kristen schaffer has been following that. reporter: i can remember being down at the special session in 2007 when the bill that enached a refer enabled a referendum on this passed the general assembly. it was
