The Independence-based real estate investment, ownership and management concern is the new owner of a seven-story office building, and another with five floors, near the I-77 and Rockside Road interchange.
The real estate company with an Independence office plans to construct apartments above and around a group of three buildings at 1720 Columbus Road. The plan would add new residential uses to the Columbus Road Peninsula just west of downtown Cleveland.
