Jameaka Conway and Cypher Great were arrested in the case of six children who were reported missing by Haverhill police on Saturday, then found after a search.
Police say the six children, ranging in age from 7 months to 9 years old, went missing after authorities opened a child abuse investigation into their parents.
A mother, stepfather, and grandmother have all been charged after six siblings in Haverhill went missing last week and were found over the weekend, officials said.
