Jamar I. Webber shot Malikah Taylor in the face and head multiple times around 7 a.m. March 7 on the 2100 block of Melrose Parkway in Union before being confronted by his father when his parents heard gunfire, the document states. Webber’s father, who is not identified in the complaint, walked into the basement where investigators say his son told him, “Get out of my way, I don’t want to hurt anyone else. . She pushed me over the edge. I’m going to leave in an Uber,” according to the complaint.
