surprise visit by the police commissioner (CP) of Pimpri-Chinchwad to various police stations and nakabandi points was visible on Friday. Cops were seen checking every single vehicle at nakabandi points.

Prakash had issued orders after the surprise visit that all vehicles should be checked at these points. The police need not be present there the entire day. Checks should be held at any time, which will catch the public by surprise and prevent rule violations.
