Brown stopped the clock in 49.86 seconds to erase the previous mark of 49.94 seconds set in 2018 by Rovane Williams of Rhodes Hall High.
Archer finished second in 50.43 seconds, while Camperdown High’s Roshawn Clarke came home third in 50.93 seconds.
It was the second meet record of the championship.
