We are following breaking news on Staten Island. Police are on the scene after a double murder. There seems to be a mystery right now. Police have identified the victims as 27yearold terrell ford. Brothers. They were shot near targe street and vanderbilt avenue before 3 00. The victims were taken to different hospitals where they both died. Breaking right now on long island, police are investigating an incident at a bar in suffolk county. Video of the scene shows investigators outside of the overnight. Eyewitnesses say a fight started inside the bar, spilled on to the street. Details of the incident are not known right now. We do know there is still quite a Large Police Presence at that scene. Today is the last day of coastal flooding concerns and powerful wind. Going into monday and tuesday, we will still have pounding surf. It is not this system, but joaquin that will be turning up the system. It will be wendy and slutty and sunday windy and flooding today. We will have coastal effects through tonight and a coastal warning along the jersey shore. High tide between noon and 4 00 today. There will be flooding among gusts could be up to 50 mph. It is expected to be a breezy day over all. 54 in the city and 55 in monticello. On the radar, the good thing is we dont expect much in the way of rain and some sunshine. It is an improvement over yesterday with peaks of sunshine here and there. Along the coast, we dont have concerns for flooding we still have concerns for flooding. Back to you.
Gusty winds downed poles and trees. On long island overnight winds toppled down a tree right on top of a car and the rain dropped more than two inches, causing roadways to flood. Wind cranking up to 50 mph along the coast. There is a wind warning effect until 10 00 a. M. It will be wendy all day long along the shores. While there will be improvements inland, things will be caught will be dicey along the coast. High tide is at one deck 16. At sandy 1 16. Sandy bay close to 4 00 this afternoon. Then overnight, the high tide street is the less flooding than this afternoon. Looking at the radar picture, there is green over the top of us. Most of us will stay dry.
