নীলফামারীর জলঢাকায় ৪ বছরের শিশু ধর্ষণের চেষ্টার অভিযোগে এক যুবককে গ্রেপ্তার করছে থানা পুলিশ। গ্রেপ্তারকৃত ওই যুবকের নাম যোগেশ চন্দ্র রায় (৪২)। সে উপজেলার গোলনা ইউনিয়নের খারিজা গোলনা গ্রামের ডাক্তারপাড়া এলাকার নরেশ চন্দ্র রায়ের ছেলে।
