Deputy chief minister Douglas Uggah Embas said up to 130 police officers and personnel were now undergoing mandatory quarantine. Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas said the index cases of the Jalan Green cluster were two of the detainees who were screened following their arrest on Feb 14. He said the tracing and screening of contacts resulted in four more positive cases for a total of six confirmed cases in the cluster to date. As of noon on Feb 19,148 individuals had been screened of which 30 tested negative and 112 are awaiting results, he said at the state disaster management committee s briefing here on Friday (Feb 19).

In a statement, he said 10 were workplace clusters, two community clusters and one high-risk cluster, FMT reported. The clusters were detected in Johor, Selangor, Sabah, Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur and Terengganu. Five clusters were detected in Johor, and two each in Sarawak, Terengganu and Selangor.
