Mitigation measures to prevent another bout of flooding in Jalan Bukit Kukus is expected to be completed within a month, says Penang Island City Council mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang.
The Penang government has been urged to prioritise the environment first and listen to stakeholders’ concerns to prevent landslides and floods in the future.
