Cold winds were rolling over Union Local High school as the Union Local Jets hosted the St. Clairsville Red Devils, Both teams entered the game 5 and 2 and were looking to take another win in conference play. Both teams took the field looking to hit the ground running but the game would prove to be a battle on the defensive front.
Two teams both undefeated battled each other tonight at Union Local, Shenandoah came into the game wondering how Freshman Quarterback Braxton Barnett would do and he showed what he could do in the first half of the game but the first half wouldn’t be enough for Shenandoah, as Jaksan Price for Union Local would show what he is capable of in tonights game and breaking two records for Union Local.
You’d have to think that Bob Barker would be happy with the result of the clash between the visiting Union Local Jets and the Martins Ferry Purple Riders because the Price was Right tonight at the Dave Bruney Football complex for Jets’ senior running back Jakson Price.
