CBS - which airs the tournament - showed off the shaking grandstands filled with people more ready for a rager than a round of golf, with liquids in the air and dozens of containers on the course.

Look, I get that stringing together words is my entire job, but sometimes I run out of them. Sometimes I just don’t have the words to describe what happened.
Sometimes this is a good thing. Sometimes the Golden State Warriors do something so magical that I think, “how could I possibly do these actions justice merely with a blog?”
And sometimes they do something so ludicrously horrible that I think, “Where do I even start? Are there enough words? Are the bars open yet?”
This is one of the latter times.
Let’s skip straight to the final minute. The Warriors were losing by one point to the Washington Wizards, yet the game felt totally in control, because they had one of the best matchups in NBA history: Steph Curry defended by Dāvis Bertāns.

The No. 6 Florida Gators’ regular-season finale against the LSU Tigers was supposed to be a leisurely lead-in to an 2020 SEC Championship Game appearance against No. 1 Alabama on Dec. 19. Senior Night and a de facto walk through were spoiled when Florida dropped its 2020 home finale to LSU, 37-34.
The Gators looked like they had swung momentum in their favor when they forced a Tigers three-and-out with 1:51 remaining and the game tied at 34. That was until redshirt junior cornerback Marco Wilson decided to launch Kole Taylor’s shoe 20 yards down the field, resulting in an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty and a first down for LSU. The Tigers’ drive would be capped by a 57-yard field goal by Cade York, giving LSU a three-point lead with 23 seconds left.
