Jake Baldacchino Prosecution barrister, Rose Burns told how Baldacchino had put his arm around one of the their necks and followed them into the garage. Despite being part of a group of four, he was described as the main offender. Members of staff tried to usher him away but he continued shouting and causing problems, Southampton Crown Court heard. Baldacchino who is unemployed slapped two of the men in the face and even threatened to attack their father, it was said. During a police interview he said he missed his daughter and that he was not a bad father.
