Jakarta (ANTARA) - Unremitting rains and the overflowing of Ciliwung River triggered flooding in Pejaten, South Jakarta, thereby resulting in at least 28 people being forced to flee to higher grounds, according to the Jakarta Fire Brigade (Damkar). This morning, 28 people have been evacuated by the Jakarta Damkar personnel from Sector IX of Pasar Minggu. They comprise 20 adults, seven children, and one toddler, Jakarta Damkar wrote on its Instagram account @humasjakfire on Monday.
