Oklahoma County Commissioners are meeting to discuss the future of the jail trust after the deadly hostage situation just over a week ago.
The Oklahoma County Commissioners meeting starts at 9 a.m. Monday, and according to the agenda, they re looking at possibly dissolving the jail trust.
This comes just over a week after a corrections officer was taken hostage by inmates, the entire encounter streamed on Facebook Live.
One inmate was shot and killed by Oklahoma City police.
This will be the first time that district attorney David Prater and Oklahoma County s three commissioners have talked on the trust since it was created.
