One half of the goaltending tandem for the 2020/2021 U18 ‘AAA’ Kenora Thistles, Darian Klem did everything he could to keep the team in the three games he started.
Head coach Scott Parsons tells us that he wishes there had been more opportunities for Klem to show that he could be a dominant player at the Junior ‘A’ level.
“I know he can be just that (a dominant player),” says Parsons, “(He’s) patient, tracks the puck really well and always seemed to be on angle and square for shots…Loves a good windmill glove save.”
