A trio of Stratford restaurants have paired with a Guelph-based startup hungry to eliminate single-use packaging waste through its reuse system.
Takeout trash has become a growing concern since the pandemic forced restaurants to limit indoor dining or close their doors to customers altogether, which is why Mercer Hall, The Pulp and Pazzo Pizzeria connected with A Friendlier Company.
