Grand jury indicts 15 PAULDING – A Paulding County grand jury returned indictments against 15 persons on Wednesday, Dec. 9.
The individuals will be arraigned in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Those indicted were:
Domanic J. Hoge, 27, address unknown, one count of sexual offender registration, a fifth degree felony.
David B. Emerick, 52, Kendallville, Ind., one count of vandalism, a fifth degree felony.
Victor Evans, 28, Detroit, Mich., one possession of methamphetamine, a fifith degree felony.
Andrew M. Taylor, 35, Payne, one count of possession of methamphetamine, a fifth degree felony.
James A. Glass, 52, Payne, one count of non-support of dependents, a fifth degree felony.
Amber L. Vance, 31, address unknown, one count of theft, a fifth degree felony.
