In Concord (7425 Cascade Road), this one-of-a-kind property recently hit the market for $400,000. Featured on MTV, HGTV and elsewhere, this 3,600-square-foot home, known as Chant du Cygne, is built out of a concrete and foam, and is reminiscent of a Hobbit home or an abode from the Flintstones. We've listed many houses over years at Scene and can say without reservation that there is nothing like this place. The structure was originally built in 1970 by artist Wayne Trapp as a commission for a Mentor family that wanted a unique area to play and hang out with their eight children. It's now ready for it's next chapter.
